Oluwadamilola Adeife Abiodun-Adeyemi, popularly known as Adeife or The Packagewithsense Coach, is a seasoned, multi-talented, and multi-award-winning entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in the business and events industry. She is the founder and CEO of Ife’ctiv Touch, an innovative, full-service event planning and management brand renowned for delivering seamless, tech-driven, and captivating events both locally and globally. Her reputation for resilience and versatility is reflected in her ability to pivot the brand during the COVID-19 pandemic by introducing digital and hybrid event solutions to meet evolving client needs.

A graduate of Food Technology from the University of Ibadan, Adeife transitioned her skills into entrepreneurship, creating opportunities for others. She is also a respected leader in various professional communities, including her roles as the Convener, The Events Managers’ Workshop; an Executive Member of the Association of Professional Ushers in Nigeria (APUN), a mentor in The Well-watered Garden Tribe (WWGT), a pro member of The CWP Society, USA and a member of ForbesBLK and a few others.
Adeife’s dedication to personal and professional growth is seen in how she invests and participates in esteemed programs such as Lagos Business School’s Mastering Event Management, BusyBee Event Business Summit and international conferences like Dubai Global Wedding Excellence Forum and Retreat.

When she’s not coaching, organizing, or speaking, she enjoys spending time with her family, sleeping or sharing faith-based content online.
